Sometimes as a recruiter you have to have rhino skin. Anyone in this business will agree and understand exactly where I am coming from. The day to day juggling act between clients, candidates and incoming vacancies is a tough deal, but we here at Wavelength pride ourselves with our professional standards, which is why we strive to never dropping a ball.
Despite our 2 inch thick skin, we are actually human and while we’d love to say we are always right, we aren’t. Sadly on occasion we find ourself in the firing line, and while we are happy to take criticism where justified it’s a sad day when people turn to abuse. Thankfully this a rare occurrence.
Why do I care?
I’ve worked every hour for since it’s inception 9 years ago.
A business I was running from the recovery suite of the maternity ward after an emergency c section.

A business I feel passionately about and a business that supports local candidates and employers.
We don’t just send CVS in the hope something sticks, we work actively with all our candidates and go above and beyond to support their journey.
